The Coffee Collective
Klaus Thomsen has a new project. A new speciality coffee roaster is taking shape here in Copenhagen. I hear that it will initially focus on wholesale, but they will also sell to retail customers, i.e. geeks like me. Interesting news. The website (www.coffeecollective.dk) is under construction, but in the meantime you can check out the project's blog.

I hear that Klaus is looking for premises and the new project should go live in the near future. Although not from the get go, they will also have webshop in due course...
I will report back once I know more.

I imagine for now you could probably stop by in person and buy a few kilos to take home right out of the roasters cooling bin.

Yes, I see that they now have a location and one can pop in and get to try the coffee. The location is slightly inconvenient for me personally, but I will drop by at some stage in the near future...
